I can’t believe it is May already... three of my kids get out of school in just few short weeks and I can’t wait because we have lots of fun activities planned this summer. We even have a family trip planned for Breckinridge in Colorado too. Yea! I remember when they were much younger how I dreaded summer because well... they made me crazy.  Now my little girls are turning into young ladies and it is a lot more fun. For instance, this weekend we went rock climbing at our local Lifetime Fitness (http://www.lifetimefitness.com) and they climb much faster than me now. It seems that overnight I have become an old mom. Not fair!

Be Patient—Many who have heard the phrase “build it and they will come” sometimes feel a little frustrated when they create their group and then all of the sudden feel a panic about how to get them to come. With membership-based businesses, it goes more like this: “pick your people, build it (select your membership benefits), create joint ventures, market like crazy, and then they will come”. Just like with any business, you have to consistently let people know WHY you exist before they will understand how you can serve them with your solutions.

One—a money meeting where they review how they are doing in their companies/personal finances. Two—Creating and/or maintaining their Operations Manual. By honoring your money and the systems that allow you to make money, you are telling the universe that you are grateful and respectful and that you care about your financial well being.
